1943 Bangkhen Monument Issue, (#311-312) Mounted mint, block of four x 3. The first are 2 st.(#311) with right and bottom margin (printer's name). Error in bottom-right value, part of upper perforation and most of lower perforation skew down. The second are 2 st.(#311) with right and bottom margin (printer's name). Error, vertical perforation skew right at bottom margin. The third are 10 st.(#312) with right and top margin. Error in top-right value, part of upper perforation skew up and all of right perforation off-center. Very interesting group. Original gum F-VF.(12)
