1893 Rajakumar Local Post First Issue, manuscript surcharge 1a on 2a very fine used with red cancellation on ungummed paaper, reverse heavy hinge remained with light aging stains, amazing newly discovered only in early 2012 after 120 years. Prior to this discovery only one other denomination of this issue found is the 1att of the similar design also used with same red cancellation in a private Grand Champion collection. It is a great honour for Eur-Seree to be asssociated with this MAGNIFICIENT ICONIC ITEM.
